WEEDSMART

Pioneer is a founding partner of WeedSmart, protecting the future of our products and customers through a strong product stewardship commitment.

Pioneer understands the best leaders serve. We believe we have a unique responsibility to help better growers operations and advance the science of agriculture in Australia.  Herbicide use as we know it is under threat. No-till farming has made us overly dependent on herbicides, with resistant weeds threatening the productivity gains of the past 20 years. A diverse range of tactics is needed – both herbicide and non-herbicide – with a focus on preventing weed seeds entering the seed bank. Ensure herbicide sustainability with harvest weed seed control. It is time to act. WeedSmart was founded to promote responsible farm management systems and the dissemination of information to promote tatics to combat weeds.
