VitaVAX® & THIRAM® fungicide treatment

Vitavax® is the industry standard fungicide treatment for the control of major seed and soil-borne seedling diseases in corn.

The key benefits of fungicide treated corn seed are:

  • Stimulates early seedling growth, increasing coleoptile length, resulting in faster emergence and better crop establishment.
  • Thiram controls diseases borne on the outside of the seed by providing a protective barrier around the seed.

Thiram® is an industry standard with contact activity against multiple seedborne and soilborne fungi.

The key benefits of fungicide treated sorghum seed are:

  • Increase stands and yields by reducing losses from seed decay, damping-off and seedling blights caused by many seedborne and soilborne organisms.
  • Controls covered smuts or bunt of wheat, barley and rye and covered kernel smut of sorghum.
  • Aids in the control of seedborne conidia produced from the honeydew inoculum from field infection of Claviceps africana (ergot) on sorghum seed.

jockey® & MAXIM®# XL fungicide treatment

Jockey® is the industry standard fungicide treatment which provides vital early-season protection against blackleg in canola.

The key benefits of fungicide treated canola seed are:

  • Provides vital early season blackleg management in canola.
  • Plants that have been treated with Jockey show reduced leaf infection, reduced plant lodging, increased plant survival and increased yield.
  • Offers cost effective blackleg management compared to fertiliser treatments, with the added flexibility of being a seed treatment.
  • The high quality formulation sticks to seed, not treating equipment, making it easier to apply than some other seed treatment formulations, and ensures that the product is on the seed where it is needed.

Maxim®# XL is an industry standard which controls damping off diseases caused by Pythium and Rhizoctonia, seedling blackleg in Canola

The key benefits of fungicide treated canola seed are:

  • Rapid and uniform emergence and increased seedling establishment without hypercotyl shortening
  • Offers the broadest spectrum protection and excellent crop  safety compared to other treatments

Concep II®# Seed Saftener

Protects planted crop from injury when Dual Gold and Primextra Gold are applied at recommended label rates.

  • water soluble
  • translocated from soil solution into the germinating seedling
  • stimulates activity of enzymes (Glutamine-S-Transferase) which increase the capacity of sorghum seedlings to break down S-metolachlor in Dual Gold® and Primextra Gold®.

Germinating sorghum is protected from when grown under optimum conditions
