A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to process orders and to be dispatched with GenTech Seeds Pty Ltd preferred freight providers.
For GenTech Seeds Selling Agents and GenTech Seeds Resellers who have approved credit terms:

Interest will accrue on any overdue account. The rate will be 1.5% per month. All interest will be charged by GenTech Seeds from the end of the month the account is due on both standard trading terms and GenTech Seeds Crop Credit.
Where trait technology fees are applicable, these are accounted for in conformance with the directions of the technology owner.
GenTech Seeds may provide Crop Credit to farmer customers where the Reseller agrees to pay all invoices from GenTech Seeds prior to 240 days after end of month of invoice. The Reseller must provide the details of the farmer customers to whom they make the sales. Information must be collected and reported to GenTech Seeds with each monthly Consignment Stock Return. Crop Credit is subject to a minimum of $1,000 (inc GST) purchase. Pricing for Crop Credit is subject to change without notice.
Eastern States (QLD, NSW, VIC, SA) – Pioneer® Brand products are supplied free into store via approved freight providers subject to availability and within reasonable time frames. If transport is requested outside of the network of GenTech Seeds approved freight providers, it will be at the Reseller’s expense.
Tasmania – Pioneer® Brand products are supplied free into Melbourne Depots via approved freight providers subject to availability and within reasonable time frames. Freight from Melbourne into Tasmania will be at the Reseller’s expense.
Western Australia – Pioneer® Brand products are supplied free into our Perth Dept, Broome and Kununurra via approved freight providers subject to availability and within reasonable time frames. Freight from Perth, Broome and Kununurra into store will be at the Reseller’s expense.
240kg (net weight) packaged products are considered special order and thus no returns will be accepted. Product will not be bagged unless a firm order commitment is received. A minimum order of 5 x 240kg bags per hybrid is required. It is at the full discretion of GenTech Seeds whether product will be made available in 240kg packaging. Requests for product in 240kg bags need to be submitted to include volumes and anticipated delivery dates. The purchaser shall be deemed responsible for the products once it has been delivered to the customers store via any freight paid for by GenTech Seeds. If the freight is being onforwarded from a depot, GenTech Seeds responsibility will finish once the product is delivered to such onforwarding depot. Previously bagged/treated product will not be repackaged into 240kg bags.
All seed treatment chemistries offered on Pioneer® Brand seed are registered in canola by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) and meet the stringent requirements and assessment of the APVMA. Professional application of Betta Strike ® Plus seed treatment, Betta Strike ® and Custom seed treatments by GenTech Seeds is in accordance with the label directions of use to allow customers to be confident with the efficacy and safety of seed protection offered on Pioneer ® Brand seed products. A warranty is printed on the reverse side of Pioneer ® Brand seed bags. We recommend the terms are brought to the attention of all customers. The warranty is limited to Betta Strike ® Plus seed treatment, Betta Strike ® seed treatment, custom seed treatment applied by GenTech Seeds at the time of bagging. All warranties provided by GenTech Seeds shall be void and of no effect if the buyer (or anyone other than GenTech Seeds) applies any chemicals or preservatives to any Pioneer ® Brand Seed or other products.
