Pioneer Seeds welcomes new Territory Sales Managers in Victoria
Pioneer Seeds is delighted to announce the appointments of two new Territory Sales Managers in Victoria, Anna Parry for Western Victoria and Kellen Lemesurier for Goulburn Valley, further strengthening our commitment to supporting growers and rural communities across the state.

Currently based in Lexton, having grown up on a fifth-generation family farm near Bridgewater, Anna’s connection to agriculture in Western Victoria runs deep. Anna’s career began with hands-on roles at the Bendigo livestock exchange and later as manager of Sandhurst Stockfeeds, a family business she led for over a decade.
“With farming well and truly in my blood, I’m excited to bring my experience and local knowledge to support growers in Western Victoria,” says Anna.
“Joining Pioneer Seeds is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that excels in research and innovation, and to help deliver solutions that make a real difference for growers,” Anna adds.
The Goulburn Valley-based Territory Sales Manager role has been newly developed to provide additional support to the Eastern Victoria region, reinforcing our commitment to agronomic excellence and support.
Originally from Central NSW, Kellen's experience working as a location manager for GrainCorp based in Tocumwal will bring a strong understanding of the Northern Victorian farming systems and an existing network of relationships within the community to the Pioneer team.
“I’m proud to be stepping into this new role with Pioneer Seeds in the Goulburn Valley. Having worked closely with growers throughout Northern Victoria, I look forward to helping our local farming community thrive.” Kellen says.
Henk Vrolijks, Southern Regional Sales Manager, shared his enthusiasm for the new additions.
“The team at Pioneer Seeds is excited to welcome Anna Parry and Kellen Lemesurier to the Victorian Pioneer team. Both team members bring a wealth of hands-on experience, along with a genuine passion for helping growers achieve the best outcomes for their farms.
The two new Territory Sales Managers join the experienced and committed sales team based in the Southern regions, led by Henk Vrolijks, including Territory Sales Managers Paul Jenke (South Australia), (Tim Lovell (Eastern Victoria), Tess Blake (South-West Victoria), Adam “Arch” Archibald (Gippsland and Tasmania), Dairy Specialists Greg Morris and Leighton Hart, and Farm Services Consultants David Hogan, David Smyth, Georgina Fay, Jamie Wilson, Jason Ridgway and Stewart McIntosh.
